Join us as one of our Directors in Luxembourg and play a pivotal role in building our Luxembourg office and shaping our global presence.

About you:

  • Proven track record in senior leadership role in fund administration with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience
  • Ideally previously Authorised Daily Manager in a PFS or RC / MLRO appointed for a PFS
  • Solid experience in Compliance and excellent knowledge of CSSF regulations and Luxembourg Laws applicable to a PFS
  • Ideally experienced in designing a “compliance and risk” framework for a PFS
  • Solid understanding of the Luxembourg fund administration landscape, with a strong grasp of current trends and technologies.
  • A strategic thinker with a focus on growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • This is a start-up and we are looking for someone that is willing to roll up their sleeves.
  • Fluent English speaker, any additional language is a plus
  • You live in Luxembourg or within a short commute.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the fund administration business in Luxembourg
  • Ensure that the PFS is meeting all its legal obligation and is compliant with current regulations
  • File SARs/STRs with Luxembourg FIU when required, and address requests from authorities and auditors.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy in Luxembourg to expand our client base and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Manage and mentor a talented team of fund administration professionals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, and identify opportunities for innovation.
